This guy is an example of a great host. Very respectful of who he is working with, educated in his area of expertise, quick witted (or well scripted), and has character! I wish all hosts had these attributes

The duck is fabulous. They also do really excellent steaks here with bleu cheese butter. I cannot freakin' stand bleu cheese, but it worked beautifully on the steak.
