Can you adjust height?

@tektc01 You cannot adjust the height. I guess that's the price you pay for something that's so small and light.

Oh - you can't fold it back up.

Just kidding.

You just pull the legs apart. Elastic holds the legs together and when you're done you can just pull them apart and fold it up.

Yeah, that is the question, isn't it? The Web page claims it can hold 3 pounds and a couple of days ago I put my Canon EOS 7D with 18-200mm lens and a flash on it. It was just fine. It might look flimsy but it's actually pretty solid. I would not replace a *real* tripod with it, though. I'm most interested in using it for flashes.
