I didn't think the spirals were supposed to fall apart like that when you cut it.

She did a really crappy job at cutting, and she didn't let it rest first. I'm sure it still taste good tho.

Another helpful recomendation that will make this reciept a little easier and more enjoyable. Ask your butcher (or grocery store meat cutter) to cut it lenght wise down the middle (like she did in the video) and run each piece through a cuber. Also lay each piece length wise so its twice as LONG. Stuff it, roll it. tigh it every 1/2 inch.once your done cooking it don't take strings off and cut in between strings.you have a main dish after you cut it all for how ever many strings you tied.

Im sure the recipe is solid, its too bad she mucked it up with that hack job at the end.. flank steak should always be cut on a bias other wise you are left with a very tough slice of beef.

hi im ashley and im 10 years old and i love to cook and i have always watched food network and i enjoy alot of cooking shows but when something from food network is not on i go on the internet and i watch xcookage but she only has atleast ten videos that i have viewed. but thanks soooooo much for your help.p.s. im going to definetly try your stuffed flank steak love your vids
