There were also Stalin, Mussolini, Franko and Mao during that time. It was the time of the dicatorships.
My grandparents were teenagers during that time. Many people didn't know what was going on. All newspapers were censored. They burned books. There was no freedom for nobody.
The WWII. destroyed the family of my grandpa and his health. He died too young. He wasn't a Nazi, he was a great man.

@arkbishopbonkerboy well, if you speak danish, you pracically almost speak norwegian and swedish too. and with speaking english and danish, he understands german reasonably well ;) with french and spanish we've got 7... what's the 8th?

I would like to thank Viggo, for having the courage to admit publicly that he had a prejudice. I know that until a year ago I held the same prejudices about Germans that he did, for much the same reasons. I didn't realize I was prejudiced until I met a German. I think it's awesome that he takes the time and effort to examine himself, and is then willing to share that with the world. Viggo, we need more people like you.
