Amy joined the Chicago company early on in 1996 as a replacement "Roxie/Velma" Understudy. She then played the role of "June" before taking over the role of "Roxie" in 2002. As the show is CONSTANTLY replacing their replacements, she probably didn't have the role for long, being an unknown at the time.
