All tafsirs and all translations of the Quran regard 'nearer' as the actual word.
Some how, I'm inclined to listen to the highest authorities of Islamic Education on the planet, than a rambling con artist like Harun yahya who makes up this bullshit when ever it pleases him.

@TheIslammiracle I will answer your question even that your way of speaking wasn't polite. This expression: (Adna Al-Ard) is interpreted as a nearby place in many translations, yet this is not the literal meaning of the original statement but rather a figurative interpretation of it. the word (Adna) in Arabic derived from the word (dney) which means low, and (Al-Ard) means earth.
Therefore, the expression (Adna Al-Ard) means the lowest place on the earth.
