  • Great video !!! I got some Pvc pipe and made adjustable agility hurdles. It cost me 22 dollars :)  I saved a 2 or 3 hundred dollars.

  • Do you think with the elastic straps you would be able to make resistance bands or do the elastic straps only have one type of resistance?

  • dude I made one of those suspension trainers before I saw this. I used webbing and high pressure hose. It works wonders and you can tie it to a cable machine as a secondary handle
