@patostrophic I agree, I do this too. Although when lifting a lot of weight I doubt I will be looking at anything besides the ground.

His form is fine... He's looking to the side cause there is most likely a mirror there so he can double check his form from the side view ... Anyone who isn't a pussy knows this

@djorourke94 Mainly hamstrings and lower back, but glutes aswell. Make sure you have powerful forearms if your doing it with anything heavy because they get seriously pumped seriously quick and give out before your the targetted muscle groups often.
