The Hot Five Jazzmakers Recorded this June 23/95 during the Toronto Downtown Jazz Festival. Charlie Gall, who was a joint founder-menber of Glasgow's Clyde Valley Stompers, is on trumpet. Guesting on drums is Graham Scriven, on vacation from England and visiting his son Gary, who lives in Canada. The rest of the band - Brian Towers - trombone/leader; Janet Shaw - alto & clarinet; Rainer Hunck - banjo and Colin Bray - string bass.

  • That tune got famous on the German version of "Pop Idol" - Love the dixie version

  • The Hot Five plays regularly in Toronto and I go to see them often. I even have a Hot Five T Shirt, They are a great group Colin R.
