JAZZ it UP! With Dr. Bobby Rodriguez

JAZZ it UP! with Dr. Bobby Rodriguez is a new series of on line, live streaming video jazz performances. This first in the series celebrated the 80th birthday of Kenny Burrell with an 8 piece band doing all Kenny Burrell compositions. Hosted by Dr. Bobby Rodriguez, the "Birthday Bash" was a fabulous evening of great music, peppered with warm and witty conversations between Burrell and Rodriguez, often filled with poignant and enlightening moments. Along with Burrell on guitar, and Rodriguez on trumpet were a powerhouse line-up of great musicians. In no particular order, Justo Almario on Sax and flute, Billy Mitchell on piano, George Bohanon on trombone, Randall Willis on sax, Clayton Cameron on drums, and Trevor Ware on Bass.
