Gee your right. The clip should have just been one shot of the band for the whole clip. I wish I had gone to the paperpigeon school of bland editing.

lovely song ang and video, i do wonder, was this filmed on super 8? or some other such device. It has that grainy quality to it

It's shot on video. then it's colour corrected and a film grain is multiplied over it. then I projected it onto a wall and re-filmed it with a low shutter speed.
It seems like a long process but the band wanted a certain look.
