  • This is not a CLF set at all. It was taught to my sifu, Lee Koon Hung by Shek Kin, who was a northern practitioner (multiple sifus). I was told the set had its origins from Chut Sing Tong Long (7-Star Mantis). Whether or not Shek Kin altered the set I don't know.

  • Yes the very same, he is well-known for his kung fu in addition to his acting career.

  • First i would like to say that that was a good performance. However this form is a mixture of the praying mantis and choy lay futt or?????combined.I have learnt the 3 section staff from an ancient praying mantis master and it does not resemble anywhere near what you are doing. If you check on Wong Hon Fans book on this form it will all come clear to you. The name of this form is call Fu Mei Sam Chi Kwon.(Tiger Tail 3 sectional staff)

  • Three-Section Staff

  • what is the name of the weapon???

  • is that "Mr. Han" Shek Kin from Enter the Dragon? He had great hair in that movie.
