Bejeweled Twist - Impossible Gems

I was doing some massive hex editing in saves, and I've found some really strange and glitched gems.

Here's list of some:
Static Locking Gem
Coal Bomb Gem
Doom Lightning Gem
Flaming Fruit Gem
Coal Doom Glowing Gem
Skull Lightning Gem
Angel Gem
Coal Locking Gem
Ice Gem
Supernova Fruit Lightning Locked Gem
Glowing Doom Gem
Locked Flaming Gem
... and more as there are various combinations!

Their behaviors are really strange and vary. However, I didn't show all possible gems, as some might crash game.
Note: Glitched gems are not actual planned gems, though, It's just combination of various variables of gem.
You might notice freezing when I destroy Coal Doom Gem or Angel Gem. I can't move gems at that moment.

I wish if it's still possible that someone from PopCap Beta/Dev Team gives few hints about removed features and why they actually lacked...
