@leoalbania erm yes div 4 in England is still a prof league...

so if they want all prof leagues from england then div 4 is needed..

but I understand that u want em in the game... and I'm sure fifa want em in too BUT like i said and the dude said some liscences are hard to get...I my self never play with a team outside the main 5 european leagues :P so dont really mind haha
