If a 16-year-old is a bitch, she gets called a bitch. Willow has the esteemed privilege of being called out for it directly, so that she knows what not to do in the future. Usually, 16-year-olds who are bitches just get it behind the back and never learn from their mistakes.

Also, this could be used as an example for future political families (who are smart enough to actually prepare their children for the exposure.)
