yeah i see that, but that first step is never called anywhere because he doesnt have it secured yet. if u watch a slow motion of chris paul driving to the basket, you'll see that he takes 3 steps but in the first step, the ball isnt secured in his hands. dont watch lebron though, cuz he takes as many as he wants and not get called...

It's actually three. Stop the video at 0:23. He picks up the ball, takes a step, then takes another step, and then when he does the no look pass, he takes another one.

no it isn't cause to be able to do that you count your steps...in order not to travel

yep. its hard to call because it is so fast though but at 0:24 he picks up the ball and takes his first step then at 0:28 he takes his second step and at 0:29 he takes a 3rd step and he gets very close to a 4th step before dishing the ball behind the back
