I searched for comments made by you and you seem homophobic and intolerant, is that how you call yourself civilized? Don't start saying "constructive criticism" when all you do is leave one sentence describing the way someone talks. Who are you to decide what is annoying and unnecessary? are you the God of linguistics? Simple solution; don't watch video's you don't like and stop hating on people who put time and effort in making them.
