Much agree with all the good commments already, well done in voice, phrasing, guitar backing... the stage presence is gentle and engaging.
Strumming along here with one headphone off is a real joy. Capo 1 and chords G, Dm, etc add a nice full sound.

Publish this song ASAP!! And then hopefully a recording Artist can put it on their next CD. It's great stuff. Sheryl Crow are your listening? I have been walking around singing it to myself as well. I love your cover tunes but this is something special. Your arrangement is great as well.
