God Damnit! Why does everyone on this planet hate Mega Man 7? I enjoyed Mega Man 7, Maybe it's not as good as Mega Man 2 or 3, but it's still a pretty damn fun game nonetheless.

well, they wanted to keep both the x and classic series intact, which i like. if they didn't keep going with the classic games, we wouldn't have 8, 9, 10, and bass, which were all great games. yes, i like x better, but i still love 7, and how they kept innovating in subtle ways with 7 without changing the core formula. yeah, his hitbox was kinda big, but its easy enough to get used to, in my opinion anyways.

to me, it often feels like people hate that game just because of this song.

Personally, my biggest complaint about MM7 is that Mega Man's sprite (and thus hitbox) takes up way too much of the screen, it's at least twice as big as the NES sprite. It also came out after Mega Man X, so it kind of felt like a step backwards in a lot of ways.
