HomeAid's Essentials for Young Lives - OC Sheriff Sandra Hutchens

Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens is featured on Time Warner Cable Local Edition with Leslie Leyton, announcing HomeAid's 2011 Essentials for Young Lives donation drive. HomeAid Orange County in partnership with the Children and Families Commission of Orange County is leading Essentials for Young Lives - a community-wide effort to collect diapers, baby wipes and other "essential" baby items for homeless mothers and their babies. Sheriff Hutchens is serving as the 2011 Honorary Campaign Chair and is asking the community to help HomeAid reach its goal to collect 500,000 items. The community Kick-Off Family Event is Saturday, April 30 from noon - 3pm at Irvine Spectrum Center. May 2 - 6, 2011 companies, community organizations and individuals will be conducting donation drives across the county. For more information go to http://www.essentialsforyounglives.org
