this song was for Adelabu Adegoke a politician from Ibadan who use to used the pharse " peculiar mess" but the people didn't get the word properly instead they coin the word "penkele".

@garieba1 In the context of the song and the way sunny used the word Penkele, it means slender and delectable person. He wa praising one rich fellow by named Adegoke.
