Louise Hay (born October 8, 1926) is a motivational author, and the founder of Hay House, a publishing company. She has authored several self-help and New Thought books, and is best known for her 1984 book, You Can Heal Your Life.

For anyone dealing with any kind of health issue, this is an excellent listening tool to take on board for your emotional relationship with whatever it is you are overcoming :)

This will help me to better understand the abuse I had from my parents and my step dad. All 3 are dead now and may they rest in peace. May I heal and more fully understand their actions and choices.
