100 lb dumbbell press, 16 years old 5'8 189 lbs.

The spotter gave me unnecessary help on SOME of these reps. I've gotten 100x2 unassisted at the gym, as soon as I get 100x6 alone a new vid will be uploaded.

  • @DragonDude180

    Thank you, friend <3

  • i know you have already heard the negative but do be careful i suffered i serious injury lifting like this(dumbell shoulder presses x 100lb) 1st cycle of test many years ago..even after 15 yrs and surgery my shoulder still gives me problems. i will say good job and it's a hell of alot cooler seeing you working out to better yourself than some of the vid's i have see of young peeps smokin dope etc......

Yeah, I agree. Thanks a lot for giving me positive criticism. I know my form in a lot of exercises is ridiculous but we all know what it's like to be young and dumb. I just hate when people act superior, especially over the internet. I lift a hell of a lot smarter now, learned from my mistakes. Once again thank you sir, it's nice to open my inbox and not have an asshole flaming me.

  • i can dumbbell press 500 pounds , just get a fork lift to spot me

  • Your form on every workout you post is horrible. Learn to lift then go heavy 100x2 is not good at all for 189

  • @pboiwarshaw

    Hahaha no kidding eh

  • @popstapwb15 hes benching 200 in total and you call steroids lol i guess half the altheletes across the globe are on steroids.

  • Be careful dude, i admire your strenght but when working with weights that heavy, your elbows shouldnt be going that far down, i tear in the anterior shoulder is a very serious injury and will takes years to recover but still wont ever be the same. you should do 85s- 90s with good form and that will be more effective and safer then doing 100s for now....safe lifting is fun lifting :)) take care

  • @BROSQUEE1 lol
