DW88 No I left my 7 yr. old daughter 2 min with a cel phone to walk up to the neighbors in our cul-de-sac and she was at the neighbors house inside. It's stated in the police report by Sheriff Anthony Rogers. . This was a complete Maricopa County set up to fail and False Arrest for a naive single mother with a great tennis career. Charges were dropped and brought back up under a different case number. It was a bogus plea agreement. I never was a child abuser and they new it. Read my website.

This woman in a con. First if she was falsely arrested why did she plead guilty. Second why is it Sheriff Joe's fault that she plead guilty and the courts put her on probation and then she violated her probation to wind up in tent city? She is just trying to get a movie and book deal.

@RESERV2010 Problem is it snowballed and I did see TENT CITY which is INHUMANE. Sheriff Joe Arpaio is responsible for Deaths and ruining lives of innocent people. He owns those jails. He is ULTIMATELY responsible in the end.

Ms Hicks, I do not understand two things that you stated. In your Backspin video number 1 you stated you left your young child unattended at home while you went to a neighbors house in a cul de sac. As a retired Law Enforcement Officer, I can tell you right there you can be arrested. Secondly, I do not understand how you can plead guilty to a crime and be put onto probation if you considered yourself not guilty from the start. Can you please explain this to me I am very curious.

She is a woman that needs help. Her Mother was a alcoholic...I know because I grew up around her. She moved away to California and got caught up in the Hollywood lifestyle. She slept with Johnny Carson at age 18...Sorry Alison...you need money...quit being a famewhore

@alieann I have not sent the same message more than once, so I am not sure what you are talking about there. You can have your computer guy look into what ever you like. I do not make a single penny from the tax payers! I issued you a simple challenge to post the reports on here or on your website and I have not seen that done yet. I am willing to listen to you but I think when people make accusations they should be able to back those up. So the challenge is there, it is up to you.

@alieann To be transparent why don't you post the full police report and full transcript of Deputy Rogers on your website? In the Youtube videos you are only showing a small portion of it and you can't even read the report on youtube. I would give more validity to your claim if you did this, so that people could make a better unbiased judgment. You posted a notice of claim for another law suit but don't even have these documents that pertain to your case!

@alieann , Why is Tent City inhumane? I think the courts have already ruled that they are constitutional and humane also I think that since they were created in 1993 there have only been 2 deaths in tent city. I know that two is still two too many but that fact is this is still much less than any other jail in the us that is equivalent to the size of Maricopa County Jails. If you have a valid argument I would acknowledge it but you don't. I would love to see the report on your case.
