  • Hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it

  • just so happen sir I am a world class muffin guesser

  • What if you weigh your food? I've seen several individuals use scales to finds out how many grams the food they eat weighs. With this information along side the nutrition facts this has to be accurate.

  • That's a good suggestion for the 'user' end, but unfortunately, the tools used to measure the calories in food, calorimeters, don't seem to work very well. The way a calorimeter gets energy out of food to measure it, burning it in a confined space, isn't much like the inside of the intestine. So until we can determine how much energy *people* get out of things, with newer technology, calories are still only going to be a guideline. :\

  • Buy a kitchen scale.
