I know people who work in IT and live behind a computer and don't have this issue. I think it's caused more from weakened muscles & not exercising enough strengthening the wrist and lifting too many heavy things which then weaken that ligament? Can it be corrected??
I have this on both hands and my chiropractors didn't even know what was causing it.. I'm a massage student & was concerned if it would heal. I will pass this on to them too. Thank you. I remember having this issue with wrists pack in Tae Kwon Do class yrs ago, so maybe that along with working in grocery store retail caused mine
very nice, you forgot the name of the triangulated ligament, it is named, in anatomical circles "the triangulated ulnar ligement that he forgot" Ha-Ha! Keep up thr good work.
