iBGP does not advertise the network received from iBGP neighbor. This is called iBGP split-horizon rule. To solve this issue, there are two possible solutions. One is the route-reflector configuration, and the other is the full-mesh configuration.
Route-reflector is a router which does not obey the rule, so the router just advertised all routes. Full-mesh is another way to avoid the issue. By configuring all routers as iBGP peers or neighbors.
