No, this is not a mouse, it adds functions to your abilities. It is used for 3D only and does not 'click' the way a mouse does That's why it is used normally in the left hand with a mouse in your right.

Just for information, this is a real useful tool for working with a computer. This video is showing just a wrong programm. Normally it's used with 3d-Design-Programms to turn the piece you've drawn... and it's awesome to work with this tool

i think this is stupid. google earth hasnt been updated since 2003 with sat images anyway.
