Gears of War -PC Version- Video 1 of 3

Mixed ingame sequenzes from the PC Version. All options are high, but Postprozessing (HDR)low, the NV40 has not enough power ;-)

I dont know why, blood effekts looks better when the Postprozessing is disabled (setting Ingame: low).

1024MB Ram
NV40 alias GeForce 6800 Ultra
external 40GB HDD

Recorded with Fraps, on half resulution from 1280x1024. Saved with DivX 6.5.1 and cut them. Then resized the Videos to 480x352 and save the Videos as Xvid to upload here.

Unbelievible, i can play this game on 1280x1024 ;-)

Wow, even with the NV40 at that time, is not powerful enough. Also the texture filtering is done a lot different. Colours a more grey here...

It still looks good in low settings, I know my Sony Vaio Laptop can handle this game with 800 x 600 med setting graphics at 20 fps which is pretty playable.

@ilyaz619 That GPU u have, the 6150 thats one of the lowest possible budget gpu's there exist. 1 pixel pipeline vs a 16 pixel pipeline is not gonna help u play the game. I would buy some new stuff if I were u. like ehm: Intel i7 980. (6cores, 12 threads) 12 GB DDR3 pc-12800 @ 1600mhz (OCZ Platinum) MSI Eclipse Plus X58 SLi 4-way 5970x 2 if u want dx11 otherwise 4x GTX285 2GB SuperPipe from MSI :p. 1500 Watt power supply from Tagan. Just an example or hint what u should buy :P

its just seems a bit different, not as easy
