@5usmaan It comes with 30 so its a month to month suppliment but it says on the bottle 4 weeks on 2 weeks off

I am currently on it and it gives you so much energy just make sure you have it straight after you eat breakfast cause if you dont you will not sleep at night and you will feel sick without any food in you.
