just so everyone knows, when he was talking about how there's usually a shortcut or whatever for most things, there is another one i found: just like the shortcut he showed for quickly inputting all the values for border, you can also do it for any of the border's sides. just type, for example, border-top: 3px dashed black and so on and so forth for each side :)
