@bowenco I know this post is from 2 years ago, but I'm just gonna reply anyway. A crate should only be large enough for a dog to stand up, turn around, and lay down comfortably. If it is too large, it could aid in a puppy or dog having accidents in the house. Dogs generally do not sleep where they defecate, therefore if you have a dog or puppy that has accidents in their crate, your kennel is too large.

Huskies are always the most adorable dogs to me. Crate training is established to acclimate the puppy to a home, much like with cats.

how big should a crate be? i see that u're using a divider... but could u tell me how big the crate is suppose to be? i have a 8 week old siberian husky puppy and i don't know what kind of crate to get her, not fro crate training(cuz she already know to scratch the door to go to the bathroom) but when i'm at school.....
