Cleaning Up The Streets - Horse Police

A video of a police officer cleaning up the mess of his equine partner. I saw the horse stop and then the officer let out a huge sigh, as he tied up his horse and got out his pooper scooper dust pan and garbage bag and proceeded to clean up the streets. The dump was huge. The video would probably have been funnier if it showed the owner of the car trying to step over the 20 pound pile of dung that was by their driver side door. Glad the police are cleaning up the streets. He seemed pretty light about the situation. Just recycled grass right?
