my father was a cyclist around the same time, mick used to eat raw steak on the bike and take a small drop of brandy! the blood would trickle out of his mouth!!

I met a guy a Hillingdon who remembers him from the 58 tour of Ireland, he could not believe what Mick could do.Geno is his name, a very refined gent, so meeting Mick probably blew his mind.

Just glad someone appreciated viewing the short videos. Mick is a splendid guy and generous of his time & tales. Real characters/hero's like him don't pass us everyday.
