If i was you I'd purchase a blu ray drive off of ebay or somewhere similar and install the drive yourself it's really not hard to install it.

Hmm, i didn't realize that the console fell, i would say that the fall damaged the disc drive itself, that would explain why it's giving you a error that it shouldn't be displaying. Generally if you bought a new disc drive off the internet it would you run you anywhere from $60-80. If you called Sony and sent it in for reapirs it would run you about $140 if your out of warranty however the would more then likely discover it's been damaged and wouldn't fix it.
