PC games have and always will out-preform consoles. PC tech evolves every day. consoles dont.
the reason console games get better over time (using the same platform) is developers just get smarter at coding and compressing data for the console to handle. PC games dont need that. they are left open ended because the Devs know that some day soon, the average PC can push their game to the max.

Sorry but I got rid of this piece of shit car a long time ago. I'm using a gtx280 in one of my pcs and HD48702x in main.

No, it's not. It has 512mb of ram, not 1gb (each card has a buffer limit of 512, you can't combine them). Add that with 256bit bus and GDDR3 ram you get unplayable at 2560x1600. Also driver support has been pretty much dropped for it and a single gtx260 beats it out. It's a dead worthless card.
