Not used to the bars. Way harder than I thought with them close together. Also made my form weird! Form got better the longer I did them. Definitely didn't think it would take so long to max out. I need to get in shape! C'mon people, let's go!!!
Form is a little rough, should keep body ridgid at the waist. But still an impressive effort! Is there no heat in your gym or do you just like to sweat? Keep pumping!
See how long you can hold your legs up 12 inches off the ground. That's a good test of ab endurance and stamina.
I know it's rough. I don't usually use the bars. I thought they would be better for my sore shoulders. At 41, I need to sweat to keep the weight off. I may try your suggestion about the 12 inches thing. Stay tuned!
