Actually every Jamaican I play with swears to me that low A is actually a G.. drives me nuts cause I swear it's the A.. But then again the riddim is "Full Up" which Leroy Sibbles played Bass on the original track of ..and when I saw Leroy Sibbles live .. he picked up the bass and played this one.. and there was that damn G..

@yourmanwatson Yes this is Full Up, but Leroy plays it a little different so this version is not 100% original: youtube.com/watch?v=fx9mhjD0Pd8 (that's me on bass). Leroy loves to play in G :-) Grtz

Excellent playing and a great choice of riddims, keep up the good work especially the studio one classics.
Your jazz basses sound great - what amp and cab would you recommend for the live reggae sound ?

Thanks, live I use an Ampeg amp and cabinets. Trace Elliot is good too, but everything depends on your taste.
