  • I appreciate your video, I personally work at subway and I enjoy seeing things from the customer side.

The b.m.t stands for big meat trio, most people mistake that for bacon.

  • Thanks for telling me what B.M.T. stands for.

  • Veggie pate+not too much chilli sauce+a small amount of chillis toasted on a toasted hearty italian with one of those chocolate donuts is awesome.

  • that subway is in england ant it lol

  • i will work there soon...ouch :(

  • hahahahaha

  • It actually stands for butt monkey train

  • thought it stood for Boston Mass Transit as I saw this on wall paper in a subway in the 1980's in Beaverton Oregon

  • Yeaaahh. we've got them here in the netherlands as well now!

  • BMT actually stands for Brooklyn Manhattan Transfer. The first BMT sandwhich idea originated in the New York area and was swapped between a subway in Brooklyn and one somewhere in Manhattan, hence the name.

  • wooooow is tht america same as in england

  • Actually, It does not stand for big meat trio. The name originates from the Brooklyn - Manhattan Transit. The founder of subway, Fred Deluca, named the sandwich after this train. Recently, however, subway marketing people have changed it to stand for "Bigger, Meatier, Tastier", or, rather, they have said that some people think it stands for that, and that they do not disagree.

I worked for subway for three years, answered this question thousands of times. Trust me :D
