@spicanuck that is because the person kicking looks to be a big guy, but very light on his feet, so he appears to lighter than he probably is. Secondly, it was direct contact heel to chin, which feels like someone punched you in the head with a rock in his hand.
People underestimate Tae Kwon Do far too easily these day!
