Basic freestanding handstand push ups from arms locked (as locked as mine go) to nose touching the floor on each one.

Not much to say really other then it takes a combination of strength and balance/timing.

You could learn them against a wall first or just go for it it doesnt take long to learn the timing to keep balanced so I never really used a wall I found it a lot more fun just learning freestanding.

  • :O shiittt! got a question: im stuck at around 8 HSPU against a wall ( 2/3 free standing) for about 2 months now. i don't really seem to improve much even though i train quite often. you got any specific tips on what to train apart from various push ups and off course handstandpush ups? do you go to failure with every set you do when ever you train

  • It's kinda funny that one fitness guy said that he was doing the "hardest excersise ever" and he could only do max 5 each time. Those were handstand push-ups to a wall, and pretty crappy to be honest. He never excersised like you did, I would guess ;)
