The pedal you meant was the Pedal Bass Drum in the drum set. This is a marching bass drum, ussually, they use drum sticks(not fried chicken) to hit it, but in order to not damage the drum, they use mallets.

Alrite alrite steady on! First of all the only english people are the passers by at the station! The people envolved are scottish and play in a scottish pipeband,can you not hear the scottish accent in the commentary no? So wind your neck in a get a grip eh! You've obviously never done anything for a laugh yourself before have you? Spur if the moment craic!

It was a "You had to be there moment" really, not half as funny as the boys crusing around the sound of englands train stations with feather bonnets and a leopard skin on!!
