I believe he means better at focusing and accomplishing a single mental task relatively quickly, which our minds are not very adept at given the way our brains store information. After all, super computers are capable of solving thousands if not millions or more equations in a single second, each one of which would likely take the most intelligent of us hours if not more to complete.

Lots of luddites here who don't understand that this is inevitable, trying to stop this is like trying to reverse a river with your hands. Truly intelligent people don't try to gauge themselves with a numerical value, an "IQ", as how does one even measure REAL intelligence? How does one measure knowledge of self? Wisdom? Artistic ability? Empathy? Ingenuity in a situation that requires more than a computer screen and keyboard or a pen and paper? Transhumanism, as well as geo and genetic-engineering are the biggest threats to humanity as a whole. Not war, not famine, not even disease, but the truly evil elements of our own kind.

Why does all "intelligence" get based off of one's ability to solve numeric equations of an increasingly difficult nature? Like Kaish3k said, the human mind is more powerful than any construct in the world. While many people have been mentally damaged over time from exposure to sodium fluoride and aluminum oxide, genetically modified food, radiation, "mind rot" from the completely non-stimulating programming on the television and a defunct education system, doesn't mean we're all inept.
