A true modern classic. I've been asked to list the mods on this bike. The bike is not exactly like it is in the video anymore, but I'll list 'em for the bike as it appears here.
Thruxton front fender with Bonneville fender brace attached
homemade pedestrian slicer
fork gaiters
bar end mirrors (some cheap brand)
tachometer from Sonofthewind.net
fake chrome strip on gas tank
Triumph tank pads
smaller turn signals
polished aluminum rear fender from MAS engineering
Lucas style tail light
rearset footpegs from Norman Hyde
Bub 2 into 2 exhaust system
British Customs airbox removal kit
rejetted to 145 mains, I can't remember the pilot size.
More pics at bikepics.com, just look under roadrash998, 2007 Triumph Bonneville.

  • still stock wheels size? fantastic bike man.

  • @kikujiro499 Thanks. Yeah, still stock wheels here. Since then, I've had the wheels powdercoated black. It'll be getting a new engine soon, maybe a Thruxton engine. I'll try to post a new vid or two once it's back on the road.

  • @roadrash998 a new motor? why??

  • @kikujiro499 Sorry for the delayed reply. Yeah, a new motor. A while back I low sided the bike on a gravel road, damage didn't seem to be too bad but the bike had run for just a little bit while on its side and burned up the oil pump. After the other damage was fixed, I rode the bike for a couple of weeks with the bad oil pump, which messed up some more stuff in the bottom end and even warped the case.

  • Well done brother. Just bought a Bonnie Black and am letting Mule Motorcycles do some magic with it because I don't have your ability.

  • @osufrdave1 Thank you. Don't forget to post a vid of it once it's done.
