I am a great fan of clapton and knopfler. To me, listening to them together is pure pleasure. I remember in 1990, I watched this on the tv. When MK started his solo I didn' understand. He made a mistake with a note? So he is human? But after having listened to his solo lots of time, I find that note absolutely brilliant. It is like a hiccup of a voice which is slowly waking up, which is starting uncertain a speech, which is going to grow and terminate in a triumph
