gerry freeman (drums) is probably one of our greatest. We played this single while the Applejacks performed it on stage at the Solihull Civic Hall. The single played along exactly in time with the live performance. It had a profound effect on me and was conscious of good timing ever since. Gerry is also a super bloke. Alan Pianosmith (The Sherwoods - support band)
I always thought this was better than the A side"Tell Me When".

Value for money with singles back in those days. One of the best B sides ever to be on a Single disc.

This makes me think of Slade....what is it with Birmingham and boot-stomping!?

Love the Applejacks and love this track. Very driving beat. One of the most underrated Brit groups from the early 60s.

Good track this. Perhaps they should have kept it as a follow-up to "Tell Me When", instead of condemning it to 'b' side obscurity
