  • i wish i had your flexibility tried doin it at the gym today and it was soo frustrating

  • @ajgYT09 toes facing front sounds painful. 45 degrees is painful as well. anywhere between 20-30 degrees work, with foot slightly wider than shoulder width apart.

  • So the feet don't have to be placed toes-facing-front do they? They can be at about 45' degree angles? :/

  • tight and strong

  • good simple instructions
