How to make Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups of whole wheat flour
1 cup of unsalted butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of salt

Coating
2 TBS of sugar
2 tsp of cinnamon

Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Then blend the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Let dough sit in refridgerator for 45 minutes. Scoop 1 TBS of dough and roll it into the sugar and cinnamon covering the dough completely.

Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
