Me rambling about what I've learned from my past NaNovels and from the book No Plot? No Problem! by Chris Baty.

Remember - type with good posture!!

You wouldn't happen to live in Park Side, would you? I haven't checked out your channle yet, but I swear the wall and door look just like the inside of our appartments.

  • Nah, but maybe aliens stole the apartment design!

  • NaNoWriMo 08 starts in just over 3 hours! Woooooooo! I was petrified but this video made me feel a hell of a lot better!

I feel kinda unprepared. I've got about 6 characters and a vague plot which is okay for NaNoWriMo, but I usually plan meticulously before writing something. But seeing as this is my first year of NaNoWriMo, I'm diving in headfirst with virtually nothing to go on. But if you can do it, why can't I? Haha!

    I'm SO excited!!!!

    Good luck this year!!

  • Thanks! And I'm impressed by your amount of characters, way awesome! I have twoish and I hate my setting and I'm going to throw out most of what I "planned" in October and just wander around blindly like I always do. Yay!

  • Thanks for the advice. :D I do have a pretty good outline, but I don't think I know my MC's enough to where they won't suprise me with something.

Are you doing it again this year?

  • MCs surprising you with things is half the fun, I think! I love it when that happens to me.

Yup, I'm doing it again. I can't imagine a November without writing a novel.

  • Awesome! Glad to have you in the NaNo ranks. Let me know if you have any questions and hopefully I'll see you at a write-in!

  • Great video! Really helpful.

I think you could raise the volume a bit....

  • Haha-oboegoddess is like an oxymoron!

  • Glad I'm helpful! Definitely, definitely remember posture. :)
