Ive been doing Botball and i have been the Programer for our bot, Interactive C is what we use, is Interactive C just like C and C++?

I'd say take a good number of Math and Computer Science courses if you're still in high school.

If you've already graduated, then I suppose look into getting some books on C++. As for graphics stuff like learning Direct3D or OpenGL, you won't have to worry about that until your second year, so just make sure you learn all you can with C and C++.

Be sure you have the passion for working long and hard. They told us during orientation to look to our left and right because those students won't be here for long. Well, the one on my right dropped after the first year and the one on my left I think dropped somewhere around halfway through year two.

Not trying to scare ya, just letting you know that you're gonna need a real passion if you wish to survive here at DigiPen.

no u dont dudes. if ur truly serious about it. make sure you either know C or are prepared to give up life to learn it. and thats just first semester
